Zing Flex classes are taught by Tim Wong, who has two decades of experience in meditative exercises. In 1994, Tim started immersing himself this type of exercises, and he quickly realized that they offer a wide range of benefits. He practiced Qi Gong and Tai Chi, among others.
About 15 years ago, he also started practicing Chinese Martial Arts. However, he found his true passion a little over a decade ago, when he met Grand Master Zhao, who started teaching him the principles behind Zing Flex. Tim was quick to understand that these exercises were the best of them all. This is why he later became a certified teacher of Zing Flex, so that he could help other people get all these benefits Zing Flex has to offer.
