What is Lajin?
Lajin is a series of exercises that are based on the theory behind Chinese Health. This new method concentrates on training your muscles and tendons, while increasing Qi circulation and opening up the 12 regular meridians of your body.
For those who are unfamiliar with it, Qi, also known as Chi, is known in Chinese Medicine as the active force that exists in all living organisms. Often translated as “natural energy” or “life force”, Qi’s literal translation is “breath”.
Lajin is an intense from of exercising, but at the same time, it is relaxing. It will help you concentrate inward, at the coordination of your movements. It will also help you pay close attention at your breathing, which furthers the circulation of your Qi.
